The completion and submission of an application form does not guarantee the offer of tenancy, this is subject to satisfactory references being obtained and correct information being provided on the application form i.e. CCJ’s etc. Please click here for application form.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent (maximum 5 weeks rent) is payable before the commencement of the Tenancy. The first month’s rent and deposit must be paid in full and funds cleared before we will release the keys to the property.
Applicants should be aware that in order to satisfy the criteria of our referencing agency your gross income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent. For a guarantor your gross income should be 3 times the monthly rent.
Inventories are sent electronically to your email address for you to check prior to moving into the property.
In addition we ask that you must provide us with the necessary information in order to satisfy Right to Rent checks in line with the Immigration Act 2014. We require all occupants over the age of 18 to visit our office along with their passport which will be checked & copied, this must be within 28 days of the tenancy commencing. If for any reason you are unable to supply a passport then please contact the office and we will advise you. If you require a VISA to reside in the UK please bring this with you. Without these documents we will be unable to commence any tenancy.
We do not have facilities to take debit or credit cards, and personal cheques are not acceptable therefore, all payments must be made in Cash or by Bank Transfer.
