What are your charges?
Generally our fees are negotiable but are inclusive of the following:
- All Colour Brochures
- Photographs
- Postage
- For Sale Board
- Free Local Advertising
- Accompanied Viewings If Required
- Entry onto the Internet
Where do you advertise?
We advertise weekly in the North Yorkshire Advertiser, North Yorkshire
News, and Ripon Gazette. Extra costs will be incurred to advertise in the Yorkshire
Post, Darlington and Stockton Times or any specialist publications.
Do you have a website?
All properties marketed by Joplings are included on our own website www.joplings.com, and uploaded onto www.vebra.com and the UK's number one property website www.rightmove.co.uk, which covers over 99% of UK postcode areas.
Dou you have a mailing list?
We extensive list of potential buyers registered on our books.
Do I have to have a for sale
board?
No, but we believe that they are useful when our office is not open. Prospective
purchasers very often tour the area looking for suitable properties and
contact our office as soon as they are able.
Who will show people round?
If you wish a member of staff from our office will accompany viewings
of your property.
What happens after we have
agreed an offer?
As soon as we receive an offer we will report it to you, together with
the information regarding the person offering, such as whether they have
sold or have a property to sell, whether they have finance arranged and
how quickly they want to move.
When an offer has been agreed we will need your solicitors details so
that we can issue a Notice of Sale.
What if we
change our minds?
Should you decide not to proceed with the sale of your property by Joplings,
you will not be charged any commission or administration fee. You would only be invoiced the cost of any additional advertising or disbursements for example: acustom made For Sale board.
